Are these virtual or in-person workshops?
All of our workshops are virtual. They are all conducted live and are not pre-recorded. We value an interactive environment with two way discussions in order to have the best learning environment.

Are there in-person workshops as well?
We currently only have online courses, which allows us to offer these workshops at a better rate for you. When demand rises for in-person workshops (and covid restrictions are lifted) we look forward to both meeting you in person as well as continuing our virtual workshops.

Is this a content creation or portfolio building workshop?
No. While this workshop is for wedding photographers, we are not photographers ourselves and will not be teaching you photography skills or creating styled shoots. You can expect these workshops to teach you everything you need to know about the backend of running your business.

What tools do I need in order to attend your workshops?
Just come as you are with a functioning computer and high speed internet. We will send you a pre-course package with all the other details to prepare you for the day.

How does the payment work?
We require 100% payment up front to reserve your seat. We accept credit cards or e-transfers. You can purchase your seat directly online on the respective recipe page. Contact us if you have any special requests for payment accommodation

Do you offer any preferential pricing for multiple tickets booked under the same reservation?
Yes! If you would be joining the workshop with someone from your same business joining from your same laptop, please contact us HERE specifying the workshop you would like to take to see if there are seats remaining with the option for preferential pricing.

What does a ticket include?
Your ticket includes your admission into one virtual workshop.

Will you record and provide replays?
We do not provide any recordings, since the interactive part of our workshops is what makes them so valuable. However, all of our workshops do come with useful downloadable templates and content.

Do you offer refunds or can I transfer my seat to someone else?
While we do not offer refunds, it is possible to transfer your seat to someone else up to 30 days before the event. In order to complete your transfer, please reach out to us by email and provide us with the full details of the person you are transferring to.
